Get started
Two minutes from installing to hearing it work. The popup tells you what Viblyy sees at every step, so you know it’s right before you rely on it.
Install

Add it to Chrome
Open Viblyy in the Chrome Web Store and press Add to Chrome. Chrome lists the sites Viblyy may read and change — those are the AI and music services it works with, and nothing else. Press Add extension.
There is no account and nothing to switch on afterwards. Viblyy works as soon as it is installed.

Pin the icon
Click the puzzle piece in Chrome’s toolbar and the pin next to Viblyy. The popup behind that icon is how you check the steps below.

Reload tabs that were already open
A music or AI tab that was open before you installed Viblyy hasn’t met it yet. Reload it once. Tabs you open from now on need nothing.
Check that it works
One full round: music on, a question asked, the answer landing. Use a short question so you don’t have to wait long.

Start your music in a Chrome tab
On any of the music services Viblyy works with — Spotify’s web player, YouTube Music, SoundCloud and the rest. Open the popup:

Open your AI assistant in another tab
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot. The popup now names the tab under Watch this AI tab, and says:
The popup says Music is playing Waiting for the answer. -
Ask something
The music keeps playing while the answer is worked on and written — that is on purpose. If you open the popup meanwhile, you see it follow along:

The answer lands — the music steps back
When the answer is finished, the music fades down. That drop is the sign that it’s ready to read.
The popup says Turned down to 15 % The answer is finished.15 % is the starting level. If you have moved Turn down to, you see your own number; if you chose Pause, it says Music is paused.

Send your next message — the music comes back
The moment you send, the music returns to the volume it had. The popup is back at Music is playing.
Everything works when
- the popup said Music is playing with your music on,
- it followed the answer from waiting to working to writing,
- the music went down when the answer was finished,
- and came back up when you sent the next message.
From here on there is nothing to do. The settings — Settings and diagnostics at the bottom of the popup — are for changing how it behaves, for instance quieting the music as the answer starts instead of when it is done.
If the popup says something else
Turn on the switch at the top of the popup.
Viblyy sees no sound in a tab it knows. Check that the music plays in Chrome on one of the listed services, not in a desktop app — and reload the tab if it was open before you installed.
Press Grant access in the popup and allow the service on the page that opens.
Reload the AI tab. If it still isn’t found, check that the assistant is one of the ones Viblyy works with, in the browser rather than its desktop app.
If you have several AI tabs open, Viblyy follows the one you used last. Choose the right one under Watch this AI tab, and try again.
Close the popup and open it again. If it keeps saying so, restart Chrome.
